Isn't he cute? Here are his stats:
Height: 27 inches
Weight: 19 lbs
Eyes: blue (like there's ever a chance of that not happening)
Hair: dark brown and fuzzy. All of his baby hair has fallen out, but it's growing back in thick and dark brown, not blond like the girls.
Favorite food: milk. We've tried solids a few times, but he gets real gassy and throws up a lot a few hours after eating them, so we're holding off a bit longer before we try again.
Favorite toy: stuffed octopus with rattles on the end of the arms.
Favorite people: his sisters. He'll laugh hysterically if they so much as look at him. It's great.
Malachi is still an easy-going, laid-back kid. He's reached the point where he'd rather roll around on the floor than be in his exersaucer. He's pulled his knees up underneath himself a few times, but I don't think crawling is going to happen any time soon. We're still battling near-constant congestion, but he's learning to live with it now. If we could just get it to stop snowing, I think he'd clear up. More on snow in another post. He's old enough today to go to the gym nursery, so that's what we did. I worked out for an hour and half while the kids went nuts. And tonight we'll celebrate again by taking the cat to the vet for yet another ingrown toe-nail. Barrel full of fun, folks. Barrel full of fun.
