My Own Fault

I've gotten in the bad habit of leaving my bedroom door open, and since our bathroom has french doors that don't latch or lock, that leaves the girls free access to the bathroom. Not a problem for Libby, who needs the access to pee, but it's a big problem for Jaina. Most times she just empties the drawer and plays with the toothbrushes (Mom, Dad, and Lauren, remember how Libby used to sneak in your bathrooms and steal your toothbrushes? Now Jaina does it.)

Today, however, she walked out of my room with a dripping wet roll of toilet paper. She handed it to me and said "day-yoo!" (thank you), then turned around and ran back into my room. I followed and found this:
6 toothbrushes, a tube of toothpaste, dental floss, liquid tylenol, and my ped-egg, along with remnants of the roll she threw in, then fished out. And water all over the floor. I had to laugh, I mean, it really was funny to see. I sent this picture to John's phone and he called me laughing and said "what did she put IN there? That's so funny, I mean, it's not for you, but it is." I told him that I did indeed find it quite funny, even while fishing our toothbrushes out. I threw out everything but the ped-egg and the tylenol. Good thing I have lots of back-up toothbrushes from Sam's!

I love it!!!!!
That is hilarious. Heaven help me if my child ever does that. You've inspired me to get some back up tooth brushes.

I hadn't seen this post - I am sure it was not funny at the time ... but you will get a great laugh out of this sometime in the future. You did the right thing taking a pic!! It is nice to laugh freely knowing those are your toothbruses and not mine:)
