Libby and Jaina started fevers last night. Yippee. This morning their temps are both normal, and I'm hoping, nay, praying that they stay that way. Jaina has a well-baby visit today, but I'm rescheduling just in case - no shots for sick babies! My fever hit a new high of 100.0 last night. Tylenol is still not working, so I'm not sure what I will do if it gets up to 100.4. I start each day with a temp of 99.3 and it rises throughout the day. That to me is one of the weirdest things about this fever, along with the fact that tylenol won't budge it. I've also started an additional, grosser symptom that I REALLY hope the girls don't develop. I have enough poop to deal with as it is.
Oh, and something that ticks me off? Nick Jr. for some reason is ending it's preschool shows at 10 am and then showing Spongebob ALL DAY LONG. WHYYYY? I got on Nick Jr's message boards yesterday and apparently no one knows why, but a lot of moms share my wrath. If Spongebob is banned in so many homes, why do marathons every day of the week? They've always done this on school holidays, but for a whole week? I'm mad. Pregnant sick women need good quality programming for their kids to watch!
And my only Atlanta friend is in the hospital and there isn't anything I can do to help her because I can't risk infecting her. She's due to have her first baby in a few weeks. That ticks me off, too. Not only can I not help myself, I can't help anyone else. I am so over this whole sick thing. I just wish it would hurry up and get over me.
