Before and After
Due to two episodes in two days of vaseline-in-the-hair, I decided to cut Jaina's hair because the multiple-times-a-day scrubbing was causing bad knots in her hair and the subsequent brushing was just too difficult. I'd been thinking of cutting it for a while, so I decided to just go for it. Of course, what you do for one kid, you have to do for the other, so I cut Libby's as well. I meant to only take an inch or two off of Libby, but I got a little carried away. Before:

Before: (this pic cracks me up. It's not really a good "before" picture because you can't see the length in the back (to the middle of her back), but I just love the picture so much!)

The only upside to the vaseline fiasco is that Jaina's hair is still so greasy that her bangs are plastered to her head instead of falling in her eyes. I'm growing out their bangs, and they both look like sheepdogs a lot of the time. Cute sheepdogs, though. Oh, and another thing - the last few days, each time I pull out the camera, Libby turns around, bends over, and says "Take a picture of my butt!", then Jaina bends over and says "BUTT!!". Where in the world do they get this stuff? Not from me. No way.

I LOVE their haircuts, Kristin!! They both look adorable. You did a great job. I agree about doing for both kids. We have to do the same thing around here.
