The front of the house. The driveway and garage are around back, off of an alley. Alley parking is a Texas trend that I don't particularly care for.

The view from the front door. There is a short hall to the left with a bathroom and the two kids rooms. The master bedroom is to the right. Part of me is itching to ask the owner if we can paint the brick the same color as the wall...
The "breakfast nook". You have no idea how happy I will be to no longer have carpet under my table. And I'm hoping that ledge is wide enough to use as extra seating when needed.
The kitchen. We have to buy a fridge. Yippee. Laundry room and garage are past the kitchen on the right.
Master bathroom. Large tub and seperate shower. Need I say more?
The view from our front sidewalk (well, from Rob's car in front of the house). What you see there is one of the best things about this house: a park directly across the street. You can see the playground just beyond the tress. Life, folks, doesn't get much better than that. Unless it's horses. Horses would be better than a park. To me anyway.

I'll bet you're in seventh heaven! I'm so excited! I can't wait to see some pictures with your stuff in it. Good luck!
Beautiful! If we get the home we want, we won't have carpet under our table either (for the first time in our married lives). Can't wait.
Looks lovely... where is it??? I hope it is not too far from ME!
Awesome! Just get a big mirror for over the fireplace- it really helped break up the brick in our old house! Also that kitchen looks almost EXACTLY like mine in Garner, holy cow -you will love the U shaped kitchen, its so efficient-- either way I know you are just THRILLED to put down some roots for awhile! Yeah for the south family!!!
