Sold!

Our Realtor called us while we were grocery shopping tonight. The buyer has accepted our final offer. We will finally close on October 31st. This means one month of paying both rent and mortgage (our hotel stay has been payed for by John's company). As a result, we will lose about $300 on this sale. You know what? I don't give a flying poo about that! We are so happy to just be rid of the darn thing. Now if I could just find a job...
