Well, as you can see from the little ticker to the right, I am expecting! It came as a bit of a surprise, apparently my math isn't as good as I thought it was. Woops! We are very pleased, though. I'm only 10 weeks along, but already showing. Since everyone here can tell just by looking, we had to announce it a little sooner than we would like. I didn't think it was fair for complete strangers to know when my best friends didn't, so here it is: I'M PREGGERS! YAY!
I have been sick as a dog, and absolutely exhausted, and loving every minute of it. When you have had a miscarriage, every bit of nausea, every trip to the bathroom (every 30 minutes!), is a welcome blessing. Although I do miss eating, I am glad the symptoms are right on schedule, and even a little worse than they were with Libby. On the 22nd we will hear the heartbeat for the first time, and are very excited for that.
I have found a great birth center right down the street, the Allen Birthing Center (www.allenbirthingcenter.com). They also offer home births, hmm. No more drining for an hour and a half in a tropical storm while having contractions 1 minute apart. Oh no, this place is about 5 minutes, 10 in the worst traffic possible.
Obviously, Libby has no idea what is going on, and when I try to get her interested in babies we see at church or at the store, she could care less. Poor girl has no idea...

Yay, Yay, and more yay!!!! I'm so excited for you. I'm happier than I can express. :) The showing sooner is a big deal. It truly gets more pronounced each time. Good luck with the sickness and yuckiness. That's the pits, but you seem to have a great attitude about it. Between you and Rachel, I'm feeling like a slow-poke. :)
