Finally!

Well folks, we are finally out of the hotel. We love our new apartment! We have had very sporadic internet availability. I guess our years of mooching off the neighbors are over. We will get our internet set up on Tuesday.

Libby loves the space she now has to run around. At diaper-changing time, she runs a circuit around our fireplace/pantry wall that separates the living room and kitchen. Being on the third floor is no picnic, but not hearing footsteps all day and night makes it worth it.

We still miss NC, and are sad to not be able to go to the Garner Ward Halloween party, and really sad to not be able to go to the State Fair. The Texas State Fair is going on in Dallas right now, but it costs so much money to enjoy the food! I don't think we'll make it, we need to spend our Saturdays unpacking.

Hobbit is adjusting well to his new potty, and is spending a lot of time under the couch to get away from Libby. Libby colored on the kitchen floor the other day (once again, thank goodness for washable crayons!). It's quite a masterpiece, using all the colors. She's adding to it right now. I'll take a picture later.

John and I got callings last week. They haven't even read our records yet! John will be working in the Nursery (glad it's not me!) and I was called to the enrichment board. I am very excited for this calling. Any advice Maren?
