I've been waiting all year to be tagged, and I finally have been! I do have friends!

5 Things I Was Doing 10 Years Ago.

I was a sophomore in high school, and about this time of year I was:

1. Getting cut from the softball team AFTER "final cuts" had been made and Dad was storming the halls looking to get someone fired.

2. Probably sneaking around with some boy. I can't remember, but it's likely.

3. uuuhhhhhh.....

4. Maybe doing something fun for spring break?

5. Sad that my only memory of 10th grade was getting cut from the softball team, isn't it?

5 Things On My To-Do List

1. Eat Oinkers for lunch

2. Return Libby's sandals to KMart and get the next size up, and buy the purple fleece pull-over for $2.50 that I should have bought yesterday and didn't for some reason and now watch it not be there today.

3. Enjoy the view from my in-law's porch

4. Go to Dairy Queen with John

5. Read some more of "The Secret Garden"

What I Would Do if I Became a Billionaire

1. Pay off mine and John's student loans...my teeth...credit cards...

2. Buy a wicked awesom minivan (and a pickup truck!)

3. Buy some land outside Charleston and build a Civil-War Era-type house with wrap-around porches on both stories and porch swings and ceiling fans, a barn, horses, dogs, chickens, and a huge garden with watermelons...definitely watermelons!

4. Make John retire or at least get a part-time telecommuting job so he can be at home.

5. Do the same for everyone else in my family (and John's).

5 Bad Habits

1. Biting my nails

2. Forgetting to feed Fish

3. Leaving my clean laundry in a pile (currently in the bassinet - not such a good place!) and waiting weeks before folding it all at once.

4. Letting Libby walk around the house with a banana

5. Saying "crap" and "butt" in front of Libby...and "jerk"...and "loser"...and "freakshow"

1. Ad-Pak delivery

2. Lifegaurd

3. Stablehand and horse exercisor and instructor's aid

4. Registrar at an ER (so fun when the guys come in after cutting a finger off - happens more than you think! One guy brought his finger in a cup of milk instead of packing it in ice. I told him milk was for teeth - ice for body parts. He said he was so drunk he couldn't remember which was which and he didn't have any ice, but he did have milk)

5. Receptionist at an Urgent Care and Chiropractic office (nothing better than free pregnancy tests and adjustments!)

Some things people don't know about me ...

1. I have a freckle in my belly button

2. I'm a hopeless romantic and hate when no one falls in love in movies or books.

3. I'm a huge Star Wars fan (thanks to John) and "almost every book I have read published" (said in Yoda's voice for you non-Star Wars people).

4. I call Libby "Paduan" sometimes

5. I love, love, love roller coasters - the higher the better - but the free-fall things scare the living daylights out of me.

6. I used to go out on the swingset at 6 am and make up songs and sing them at the top of my lungs while swinging, which usually resulted in waking everyone up.

7. Spiders make me cry.

8. I have a crush on the Brawny Man.
