Hear it is, folks. I know you've been dying to see our Thanksgiving pictures. These are just a few:
Here I am - barefoot, pregnant, and in the kitchen! Hahahahahahaha! I laughed my head off when I made that connection last night :) I'm wearing one of John's shirts, so you can't see my tummy very well, but it's there. It is so there.

Libby got hungry before everything was all done so we set her down with some pineapple and strawberries. She recently figured out the idea of smiling for the camera. Notice the blinds in the background. That's Libby's favorite window. We keep the blinds up most of the time to prevent further damage. Didn't take long for Libby to trash the place, huh?

Here's the spread:
Turkey, gravy (a bust, still can't figure out what I did wrong), mashed potatoes, homemade cranberry relish (very yummy!) brown-sugar carrots, parmesean-roasted zuchinni and onion, corn on the cob, green beans (another bust - new recipe. John says I managed to make fresh green beans taste like canned. I didn't try them. I could tell by the smell that they were no good!), fresh pineapple, canteloup, strawberries, and kiwi, yeast rolls for me and GF breadsticks for John (a big hit). A pecan pie for me and a GF apple pie for John. And lots of Cool Whip. A feast fit for a king! We ate leftovers for 4 DAYS!

John carved (butchered) the turkey:

Then we sat down, John read D&C 59, and we talked about things we are thankful for. One of the main things - the selling of the NC house! The food was wonderful (except the aforementioned gravy and green beans) and the company perfect. It was the first quiet Thanksgiving I have ever had. It was a little lonely while we ate, but after it was nice to have the quiet and not have to do anything for a while.
And the piece-de-resistance:

Hobbit enjoyed some liver and heart. Maybe a little too much :)
Tomorrow will be an exclusive Pictures Of Libby day, so come back and see us, ya hear?

Wow! What a menu! I'm super impressed--it all looks DELICIOUS!
You and John have on matching shirts. Tyler used to make fun of me bing barefoot and pregnant all the time. Congrats on a yummy meal. If you don't eat leftovers for days, it isn't Turkey Day!
