Vomitus Maximus

We have had a visitor come to our home. We'll call him Chester. He makes us throw up and do other gross things and we want him to leave. Now. But he seems to have settled in for the long haul, taking his sweet time on each one of us. Libby was first. After three days of just plain pitifulness, day 4 seems to have dawned brightly for her. John started yesterday about 10 am while he was at work. Poor guy had dropped our car off at the shop that morning for repairs and had hitched a ride with a friend. So he was stuck there all day, falling asleep at his desk and making occasional mad dashes to the bathroom. Lucky me woke up with it this morning. Not fun after last night's feast of take-out chinese. Hey! I'm pregnant! Don't I get an exemption? Guess not.

Since John is no longer puking, he gets charge of Libby while I lay in bed and wish to die. As John said a few minutes ago, "thank goodness for PBS". They came in to tell me they were going to the store for gatorade and cat food (or as Bucky Katt calls it - kat fud). I looked out my bedroom door and said "It's only DragonTails? I thought for sure we'd be on Teletubbies by now". Ugh. The day is just crawling by...

When I was pregnant with Michael, I had Tyler and both kids with the flu. I feel your pain.

Ick. Don't pass the germs through the keyboard. :) That is the worst thing ever. I had it when I was pregnant with MG and pregnant folks should definitely get an exemption!!!
